It is the policy of lucidglassjewellery.co.uk to check all goods before dispatch. If in the unlikely event of your purchase arriving damaged you must contact us at info
@lucidglassjewellery.co.uk or by phone 01484 718558 within 3 days of delivery, stating your reason for return as "Damaged return". We will arrange for the goods to be replaced wherever possible or your money refunded.
