It's very easy to buy glass jewellery online with Lucid Glass Jewellery. Find the piece(s) of glass jewellery that you want, click on the ‘ Basket ' button and you will be taken to your personal shopping basket which details your order. You can continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Your order will be processed, via our secure server , and a confirmation will be emailed to you . Your glass jewellery will be despatched within 5 working days, usually faster. If these delivery deadlines can't be met we'll be in contact with some options for you.
.prices
The prices for all glass jewellery displayed for sale on this site are exclusive of delivery. Delivery will be charged in addition, and include recorded delivery as standard. Recorded delivery requires a signature before delivery of your glass jewellery can be made so please remember this.

lucidglassjewellery.co.uk cannot accept your order until payment has been received in full, when we will then confirm your request by e-mail. Payments may be made via our secure payment system in UK sterling and we accept most major debit and credit cards and Paypal for your convenience.
.delivery
We aim to deliver all glass jewellery within 5 working days from the acceptance of your order. If we are unable to do this we will contact you giving you other options such as back-ordering or refund.
Lucid Glass Jewellery endeavour to make sure that when you receive your glass jewellery it will be undamaged and complete. In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in A1 condition please refer to our returns details for what to do next. All glass jewellery will be delivered in the UK by the Royal Mail and a signature will be required on receipt of the goods.
We ship to many overseas destinations and this is done automatically at the checkout. Should your country not be one of the preset destinations, please contact us at info@lucidglassjewellery.co.uk and we will help you with your order. Overseas orders will usually be delivered by your national carrier having been sent from the UK by the Royal Mail. A signature/confirmation of delivery will be required and due to the nature of overseas orders, returns will only be accepted for faulty or damaged goods and returned at the customers cost where-upon the damage can be reviewed. We suggest that when returning items this is done by a traceable delivery service.
Orders paid via Paypal must have a confirmed shipping address and this is the only one that the item will be posted to.

.cancelling your order
The United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of delivery. To do this please contact us by email at
info@lucidglassjewellery.co.uk , giving the reason for return as "Order cancellation", we will confirm receipt of your request by e-mail or phone and require return of the goods within seven working days from this confirmation. The cancelled goods should be returned in the original, unopened packaging to the address below. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and that we strongly advise that you obtain proof of posting and insurance.

On receipt of the returned goods in original condition and packaging, we will refund the purchase price of the goods. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the order is cancelled prior to dispatch.

Please be aware that a large proportion of our glass jewellery is handmade and/or hand decorated. This means that due to these processes, rarely are two pieces of jewellery identical and the image displayed on the website may not be the exact product that you will receive. The product you receive will be the same size and type as the one displayed but may vary slightly.
Please note that colours also appear slightly different on your computer screen than the physical product due to lighting and your computer screen settings. We try to show images that fairly represent the products but should you feel that the product is significantly different to that which you have seen and ordered from please contact us at

.returns-faulty/damaged goods
It is the policy of lucidglassjewellery.co.uk to check all goods before dispatch. If in the unlikely event of your purchase arriving damaged you must contact us at
info@lucidglassjewellery.co.uk or by phone 01484 718558 within 3 days of delivery, stating your reason for return as "Damaged return". We will arrange for the goods to be replaced wherever possible or your money refunded.
